Start your day with movement, laughter, and delicious food! Join us for a playful yoga session and wholesome brunch!
In a world where things can get serious, Playful Yoga is all about having fun. We'll laugh, try new poses, and let out our inner child. As Roald Dahl once said, "Life is more fun if you play games!"
What to Expect:
Yoga with Music: We'll move to music that makes our practice fun.
Yoga with a Partner: You'll team up with others for playful partner yoga poses that build trust and connection.
Games: We'll play theatre games that make you feel like a kid again. As Mother Teresa said, "Life is a game, play it."
Who Can Join: Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, your partner. Just make sure to sign up on time to save your spot.

It to cover the class, brunch, and support our hosts:
• 120–250 DKK per session (pay what feels right)
• Bundle for both sessions: 320–330 DKK
