Inviting you to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the joy of gentle play that invites accessing the inner system.
Playfulness can mean many things. Examples abound such as curiosity, learning, games, creative expression, gentle movement or exploration. Each of our systems experiences play in its own way. This month’s Self Energy Adventure invites you to discover what “playful” looks like for you.
As the Fall season’s arrival invites us inward, and perhaps into a sense of slowness and reflection, we’ll bring the spirit of adventure indoors for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and lightnes through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). All experience levels with IFS welcomed and no prior experience with the IFS model needed.
What to Expect
We will begin with time to arrive and connect with each other, then ease into a guided flow that invites you to experience locating parts. You can expect to leave with new knowledge about the IFS model and your own internal system.
