🎄 Welcome to the Playford Community Christmas Pageant Registration Form! 🎅🏼🚗
Join us at the X Convenience Oval this year for a festive celebration of the City of Playford's lifestyle! 🌟
Participants from businesses, organisations, schools, and community groups in and around the Playford council area will be coming together to spread holiday cheer.
🚗🎶 Want to be a part of the parade? Describe your float size, number of participants, and if you'll be playing music on the application form! Remember, no political promotions are allowed - let's keep it merry and bright! ☃️❌🎅
Get ready to shine! While there are no restrictions on group sizes, we kindly ask for vehicle approvals to protect the turf.🚫🚗 And don't forget, the last leg of the parade will be on grass, so plan accordingly for prams and wheelchairs! 🌿👟
- Our Christmas Tree and Father Christmas appear at the end of the Christmas Pageant. We ask that NO other Christmas Tree or Father Christmas appear in the parade. A full Santa suit is not permitted as part of your entry.
- No alcohol. No smoking is allowed within the Pageant jurisdiction.
- Giveaways are welcome however, items must be handed out, but not thrown to spectators. All lollies must be in wrappers.
Vehicle requirements:*
- must be C class
- no trucks
- no off-road tyres
*Please note the Oval reserves the right to change vehicle requirements based on the conditions on the day*
📋 Public liability insurance of $10 million is required and must be submitted to [email protected] ASAP!
Remember to bring water to stay hydrated and dress for the weather. And don't fret about tickets - just show your QR code at the check-in station. Let's make this holiday parade a joyous and memorable event for everyone! 🎊✨
