We invite you to a one-day PlayFight workshop for the first time in Budapest!
At PlayFight workshops, we create an honest and safe community where people open up and achieve transformation for their personal topics.
The main tools which we use are conscious playfull fighting, healthy expression of emotions and constructive communication.
The PlayFight workshop is for you if you want to:
- get in touch with your emotions through the body
- pursue your goal with courage and respect
- build authentic relationships through honest communication
- set your boundaries in a healthy way
- learn how to not avoid conflicts and look for win-win situations
- develop your authenticity in a supportive and safe community
- connect with your inner strength and playfulness
The workshop is led by Tomáš Wortner.
Group: the workshop is intended for all genders and levels of experience.
Number of participants: we will work in a small group of up to 10 participants.

Bring with you: comfortable clothes - ideally long sleeves and long trousers in which you can move freely. We practice barefoot and without equipment.
Schedule: 10:00 - 19:30 (with 1,5 hour of lunch break around 2pm)
Venue: place in Budapest to be confirmed.
Language: the workshop will be led in English. Communication level of English is necessary.
Course fee: 18000 Ft
BIO
Tomáš is a professional performer and dancer living in Prague. Graduated from Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. He has worked in different theatre companies, now is mostly performing with his colleagues in Available Collective.
He founded his lineage of PlayFight in 2017 and since then has been developing the method in dozens of workshops in Czech Republic and abroad. He is currently in 5 years of psychotherapy training which enriches his PlayFight practice.
Besides performing and facilitating PlayFight, he is also teaching physical theatre and contact improvisation workshops for the past years and building a community around art and self-development.
