PRIMAL PLAY – Movement Workshop at Hjerterum, AarhusJoin us for an exploration of movement, connection, and play! In this workshop, you’ll be guided into a primal play session, a safe and playful space where you can move freely—alone, with others, or both.
Imagine a playground or garden full of possibilities: walk, spin, roll, stretch, or stand still. Movement can be gentle or intense, still or flowing, solo or in contact with others. You can crawl, lift, spin, or simply observe—nothing is required, and everything is at your own pace.
This is a space to experiment, explore, and connect with your own body and with others in a playful and respectful way.
