aka "DON'T CALL IT CLOWN" (stealing from a friend)For performers of every discipline + people who don't get on stage
This is a deep dive in a light and, quite frankly, hilarious way, into how do we invite more play and presence into our lives, relationships + various art forms.
(But you don't have to BEEE hilarious, you can be super serious.)
You might come if you have any of the following questions:
Why am I not more "playful"?
Who the heck is my "true self"?
What allows strong connection to happen in life and performance?
Why does some performance draw you in and some leaves you wanting a certain something?
How do I get less sticky and stuck feeling?
How do I get a lighter feeling in my chest?
I've lost my joy, how do I get it back?
What if I could play with myself rather than fixing myself?

"Lisa Voth is like every great teacher you've ever had - rolled into one. DO the work she teaches... or you may never know what a fun, engaging, alive person you really are... "
- Joe Bickson (Executive Consultation)
“One of Lisa’s greatest strengths as an instructor is her ability to guide and gently direct while remaining sensitive to individual process. In her workshop, I felt safe and supported to do my own work, knowing that she was available to guide as necessary. Her compassion for her students and herself is truly evident in her work.”
