School board meetings are typically scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month during the school year, with occasional exceptions due to scheduled school breaks and statutory holidays. The 2024-2025 Public Board Meeting schedule is listed below. All public board meetings start at 7:00 PM and are typically held at the School Board Office at 494 South Fletcher Road in Gibsons, BC, unless otherwise noted. Whenever possible, these meetings are live-streamed to the school district’s YouTube channel (SD46SC).
