Play, prayer, and presence: a sacred circle of women

Join us in person for a heartfelt gathering where we blend play, prayer, and presence to create a beautiful space of both rest and transformation. This circle is all about connection, sharing energy, and embracing the power of sisterhood. Come as you are and experience the power of being surrounded by amazing women.
In a circle, all are equal, all are seen, and all are held. Here, hearts open, voices are honored, and every breath, gesture, and sound becomes an offering. It is a space to rest, reflect, and reconnect, with yourself, with others, and with the divine.

We begin our gathering with reformer Pilates (limited machines), allowing movement itself to become prayer as we awaken the body and open the heart. Then, we settle into the circle, where stillness, meditation, breath, and sound become prayer, and hearts gather in peace, playfulness and presence.

Bring a towel, a journal, a small personal token for the altar, and your willingness to simply be. All women are warmly welcome, whether prayer is a daily practice or a new exploration.

Come, let your heart rise like the palms—soft, steadfast, and full of grace.

Your ticket includes a candel, paper intention card, mat Pilates, a piece of fruit, and the prayer experience.

Please arrive on time in silence.

Mats will be provided. Bring a blanket and eye covering if you’d like.
