At a little over 100sqm the dojo is a small space which is why our play parties are often called called 'Itty bitty'. ### Some of the things we have in the space:
- *Socialisation only space so spectators and conversation do not interrupt play :)*
- Medical bed
- Massage table
- gym vault/spanking vault
- stocks (upright and kneeling)
- little play area
- suspension, rope and body play area
- pet play area
## Rules:
- No playing in the socialisation area or corridor.
- No needles, fire play or whips.
- Please check in with DM's before engaging in loud CNC, rope suspension, edge play, humiliation play or any play that will require significant clean up and prep (eg wam or wax).
- Dojo safeword is HELP. Yell it and a bunch of people will come to assist in whatever is going on.
- Respect other peoples property, dynamics, personal preferences and autonomy.
- No containers of liquid outside at any time.
- No loitering or chatting near the stairs.
- All smoking must be kept in the side car park area.
- If you are naked you MUST have a towel or cloth to put under yourself when seated!
- Clean up after yourself.
- Don't be an asshole.

- Hot showers (with towels and soaps)

- Coffee, hot chocolate and a wide variety of tea
