Join us for free yoga at Antelope Park Bandshell every Sunday in September at 10 am. The beauty of outdoor yoga is that it is accessible to almost anyone; you don’t even need a mat if you don’t have one, a towel works just fine. It’s a chance to explore yoga with soft grass below and a blue sky above. Bring your kids and pets if you like, and absolutely bring all of your friends. There is simply nothing quite like the energy of community yoga in the park. Don’t miss out on the chance to experience it for yourself.
