HYROX Circuit Challenge | Body Fit Training Lincoln Fitness Event

Team up. Push hard. Go the distance.

Join us for the HYROX Circuit Challenge at Body Fit Training Lincoln on Sunday, September 7 at 7:00 am. This high-energy, HYROX-style workout is built for competition, camaraderie, and all-out effort.

How it works

• You’ll compete in teams of 5, rotating through stations in two back-to-back AMRAPs.
• Round 1 (20 min): Ski Erg + 200m run, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and rest rotation.
• Round 2 (20 min): Row Erg + 200m run, sandbag lunges, farmer’s carry, and rest rotation.
• Scoring: Total team distance from Ski and Row combined. The winning teams will be posted on social media for ultimate bragging rights.

• Location: Body Fit Training Lincoln – 1701 Pine Lake Rd, Ste 3, Lincoln, NE
• Date & Time: Sunday, Sept. 7 – 7:00 am
• Teams: 5 people per team
• Registration: All participants MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY. You can form your own team or sign up solo and be placed in a team.
• Capacity: Limited to 30 spots in the 7:00 am session – early registration is encouraged.
