Play for the Feminine workshop is for women craving more connection, laughter, and ease in their life. It’s for those of us who are tired of overthinking, self-editing, and always needing to “have it together”- and are ready for something lighter, more real, and deeply human. Through gentle, playful exercises and heartfelt connection, we create space to reconnect with curiosity, joy, and self-trust and your intuition). It’s not about being funny or performing, it’s about receiving the moment, trusting your voice, and expressing yourself without filters. If you're longing for more ease, friendship, and the freedom to take up space without second-guessing yourself, welcome: You belong here.
