About this Event
Play & Healing: An Improv Therapy Workshop: Confidence & Self-Trust
A workshop for reconnecting with your voice, courage, and ability to take up space.
Practice taking up space.
Confidence is not about becoming the loudest person in the room. Sometimes it’s about trusting yourself enough to participate, express yourself, and stop shrinking.
This workshop explores confidence through experiential play, nervous system awareness, movement, and improv exercises designed to gently challenge self-doubt and perfectionism.
Together we’ll practice:
• Taking creative and emotional risks
• Letting go of self-judgment
• Building trust in your instincts
• Becoming more comfortable being seen
• Strengthening self-expression and presence
You do not need to be “good at improv.”
You do not need to be extroverted.
You just need a willingness to try.
Each Improv Therapy workshop explores a different theme and experience. While the structure and exercises change week to week, every session is rooted in connection, experiential play, nervous system awareness, and authentic self-expression.
Additional workshop topics in this series include:
• Getting Out of Your Head
• Connection & Loneliness
• Communication & Boundaries
• Confidence & Self-Trust
• Joy, Play & Authenticity
Check out additional event dates in the series for more opportunities to join, play, and explore different themes.
