About this Event

Introduction

Imagine an evening where delicious food and drink are paired with meaningful conversations that spark connection, trust, and creativity. Plates & Perspectives is a community conversation series that brings people together around shared meals and courageous dialogue to explore belonging, leadership, and the stories that shape our communities.

Guided by the Djembe conversation framework, participants engage in thoughtful dialogue designed to encourage open storytelling, deeper listening, and authentic connection. Each gathering invites attendees to break bread, exchange ideas, and build bridges across perspectives while exploring our shared humanity.

Guests leave with enriched perspectives, stronger relationships, and renewed inspiration to create positive change in their communities.

It’s more than a dinner. It’s a shared experience designed to nourish both body and soul while strengthening connection and belonging, one conversation at a time. Plates & Perspectives is part of a growing series of gatherings designed to strengthen belonging and leadership in Austin and beyond.
