Learn to refasten loose plaster, tape and mud cracks, and mix plaster repair materials for historic buildings. Paul Hayden of Indiana Landmarks brings his four decades of experience in the field to lead attendees in hands-on demonstrations of plaster wall repair and patching at South Bend’s historic Kizer House. No prior knowledge or experience required.Participants can choose between two workshop times: October 2 at Noon or October 2 at 6 p.m. The workshop lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and will take place at 803 W. Note: Due to the workshop location, the event is not accessible to all. Attendees should wear gloves, closed-toed shoes, and clothes that can get dirty.
