Top 25 Best Costume Judging is from 8:00pm to 9:00pm throughout the Plantation Walk Plaza.
Contest Eliminations & Finalist selected by Audience Applause beginning at 9:30PM at the Plantation Walk Plaza Stage.
Cash 1st place - $600.00 / Cash 2nd place - $400.00 / Cash 3rd place - $200.00
