Susan is the Founder and Creative Director of Susan Cohan Gardens right here in Boonton, and an internationally award-winning landscape designer. Named Designer of the Year by the Association of Professional Landscape Designers in 2021, her work blends timeless design with ecological responsibility. Her landscapes are known for their beauty, craftsmanship, and seamless connection to the natural environment.
During this seminar, Susan will share practical guidance on choosing native and non-invasive plant alternatives to many of the common species found at local garden centers. Learn how thoughtful plant selection can help protect our local ecosystem, reduce environmental impact, and create more sustainable, resilient landscapes at home.
