Sound Bath: Cultivating Relaxation

Facilitator Bio:
Sarath Suon is a Bay Area-based psychotherapist specializing in helping adults navigate stress and anxiety. With a deep appreciation for the therapeutic power of nature, Sarath integrates mindfulness practices into her workshops to promote calm and presence. As a plant enthusiast, she believes in the healing connection between plants and mental well-being, encouraging others to slow down, cultivate mindfulness, and nurture self-care.
Kate Tran-Lane is a sound bath facilitor & transformational coach dedicated to creating spaces for deep self-connection and personal growth. Through coaching, sound healing, and intentional practices, she guides individuals on journeys of self-discovery, helping them explore inner challenges with curiosity and compassion. Her approach centers on the belief that even our most vulnerable moments can reveal profound strength, clarity, and purpose.
