Do you have big garden dreams but not a big garden budget?! Then this event is for you!
This event will be focused on outdoor plants and seeds, i.e. flowers and vegetables, but feel free to also bring indoor house plant cuttings/babies to trade!
NEW THIS YEAR. Located at The Inclusive Bean (there will be signs). Tables will be provided but please bring your own chairs if you'd like to sit and boxes or bags to carry plants back with you. Please sign up on google form below if you plan to attend (to swap or just to browse what’s left after the swap) so we know how many to prepare for 🙂

Feel free to bring guest/s (anyone swapping needs to sign up). We will provide light refreshments but feel free to bring any snacks for yourselves. We want this to be an event where gardeners/garden hopefuls can mingle and chat with one another too!
Please consider making a $5+ donation to help us cover the cost of the rental facility, food and raffle items- it is so, so appreciated and will help us continue the event each year!
SWAP DETAILS! Please read carefully.
If you ARE ABLE to bring seeds/plants to swap, please come for the first hour & a half (12-1:15pm) to swap with others who are bringing items. We will hand out tickets for each plant you bring. Then you can add your plants to the “shade”, “part shade”, “sun” or “house plant” areas and take as many plants as you brought!
Please arrive at 12 to set up & mingle and the swap will OFFICALLY BEGINS at 12:30.
PLANT SWAP**: Please have labels on your plants (popsicle sticks, plastic purchased plant labels or cut up old plastic containers work great!). Please bring some of your own plastic bags/boxes to carry your plants in and out. Some plastic bags and boxes will be provided but in limited quantities.
** If bringing very small seedlings or plants, please be respectful and only take something of similar size or fewer large plants in the swap.
SEED SWAP: If you want, you can pre-package smaller portions of seeds you want to trade into their own labeled envelopes/bags or swap the whole package! We will provide small paper envelopes and sharpies for swapping seeds.
If you AREN'T ABLE to bring plants/seeds to swap, plant to come from 1:15-2pm to browse free plants and seeds! We will be handing out 5-15 tickets to get freebie plants depending on quantity left. Each ticket is one plant. Please bring your own sealable baggies and a sharpie for swapping seeds. Some seed packages and sharpies will be provided but only in limited quantities. Seeds can be taken as needed.
