This circle offers a gentle introduction to plant spirit work and the Wise Woman Tradition. We’ll enter sacred space together, sip tea made from one healing herb, and journey through a guided meditation to connect with the plant’s spirit directly.
After the meditation, we’ll journal, reflect, and share in community, fostering deeper listening and connection. We’ll end with a short teaching about the herb’s medicinal uses.
This space invites you to expand your perception of what is possible when we listen to the natural world with curiosity and openness.
Please bring a journal, pen, and a mug for tea.
