We will explore the historical and energetic wisdom of the Willow through various techniques & experiential moments.
Historically, Willow has been associated the otherworld, rebirth, protection, goddesses & sorcery, healing, Imbolc, the moon, cycles, regeneration, adaptability, strength, luck & so much more.
Willow can help us with inner child work, a Grandmother providing a nurturing and safe cradle in which we can heal, holding us through pain & grief. Whichever way this tree reveals itself to you however, is your journey and connection…..allow this ancient being to guide you……
Whilst there are many ways we can work with plants & trees, we will be connecting with the energetic aspect of Willow.

Sally is a shamanic practitioner, drum maker, reiki master teacher and musician. Her work is deeply rooted in the medicine of the land, inspired by the ancient ways and finding balance through connection to the natural world.
She works closely with the Celtic Wheel, plant medicine, ceremonial crafting and the healing power of music. Having trained in a wide variety of modalities and traditions, she works to empower those who come to her offerings, holding space for people to cultivate their own deeper relationship to spirit, nature and to themselves
