Neighborhood Plant Market is an innovative social enterprise that's more than just a nursery—it's a community transformation project launching in Ocala, Florida.
This weekend will be our first sale: plants, seedlings, specialty garden crafts, potting soil and more! Give your "grassroots" support as we launch this new neighbor-focused initiative.
Through a partnership between Neighborhood Church and Wear Gloves, we're creating a plant nursery that plans to specialize in Florida-native and drought-tolerant plants while providing dignified employment opportunities for our neighbors. What makes this different is that we're addressing the tangible needs of our neighbors through sustainable business practices in an environment that introduces people to Jesus. We’re blessed to operate on a beautiful 10-acre property where we'll create a welcoming community space where neighbors can connect, relationships can flourish, and lives can be transformed through dignified work in a thriving heart-felt business.
