In this class let's learn to make a few dishes that work perfectly into your weekly Meatless Monday's rotation. Each recipe is approachable and packed with flavor . We will cover techniques, tips, and tricks that will make your time in the kitchen more enjoyable.
Menu will include:
- Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Wild Rice, & Cranberries
- Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Brown Butter Sage Drizzle
- Brussels Sprouts with Caramelized Shallots & Balsamic Glaze
- Housekeeping Notes:
Liability wavier will be required upon check-in.
Teens welcomed (14+) when accompanied by an adult.
Please wear closed-toed, comfortable footwear.
Only buying a single ticket? There is a possibility you will be sharing a table with another guests. Please note, guest(s) will be sharing equipment, tools, and food prep during the class with their table-mate.
