Join us for an immersive workshop combining the joy of planting with the flow of creative expression! "Plant n’ Flow" is an all-ages experience designed to spark creativity, build community, and promote peace and ease in our daily lives.

As part of this special event, we are thrilled to launch Flowin Café’s Artist Residency, featuring local artists on a rotating Wheatley schedule.

What to Expect:

🌱 Planting Workshop:

• Receive a pot, soil, and your choice of herb or flower seedlings to create your very own winter plant.
• Learn about soil, seedlings, and plant care with teaching artist Shalandrea Houchen and earth steward Lee Hightower.

🎨 Flow State Painting:

• After planting, transition into a creative flow state with Shalandrea, who will guide you through expressive arts therapy techniques.
• Use coffee and tea as your paint medium, alongside paint markers to design your masterpiece.

📓 Take-Home Goodies:

• Your creation, a journal, and all workshop materials.
• A cup of Flowin’s adaptogenic coffee to sip while you paint.

🎶 Relaxing Atmosphere:Enjoy live music, excellent bites, and drinks in the cozy ambiance of Flowin Café.
