Plant Meditations

Join UGC's Herbalism Conductor, Kim Crutcher, in the herb garden for an introduction to a different kind of plant healing. This class offers breathwork, meditation and deep listening as supportive tools for deepening relationships with the natural world. Two different practices for relaxing, listening and connecting will be offered. Participants should bring a journal and a writing utensil to write down impressions and insights that come out of this experience. You may also want to bring a pillow or blanket for sitting on the ground if that is your preference.
