The Sun has moved into Earthy Taurus and this workshop will look at the elements and energies of wild plants that are growing now.We will discuss their medicinal and nutritous uses and go for a approx 90min walk to identify and forage some of these plants.
There will be a choice of making a herbal vinegar or oil with what we find.
Coffee and teas included as well as snacks but please bring a water bottle and a packed lunch.
Please wear appropriate clothing as we shall be outside in all weather's and walking up and down woodland paths and meadows.
