Taurus energy calls us into stability, pleasure, and self-worth; making this the perfect space to set intentions around abundance, rest, and receiving. Expect a cozy, grounding atmosphere where you can release tension, savor stillness, and leave feeling rooted, open, and deeply aligned. We’ll move through slow, intentional flows designed to heighten awareness, deepen breath, and awaken the senses, allowing plant medicine to support a more embodied, intuitive practice. We'll have flower on deck, but feel free to BYO as well.
