Plant Class: St. John's Wort: The Sun

St. John's Wort helps you move through darkness towards light. He is associated with the solar plexus, the summer solstice and the sun. He helps lift you out of depression and into action. He is a popular herb for depression, but be aware St. John's Wort should not be used internally with many medications.

You will learn about the physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties of St. John's Wort, plant communication, heart perception, somatic techniques to connect with nature, ethical and spiritual foraging practices, wildcrafting techniques, and witchy tips for spiritual practice. We will wildcraft a tincture and oil together for you to take home, all materials provided.
