Join us for this workshop to learn the basics of plant care, pest control, fertilizing/feeding, repotting and more. Our hands-on class is a great first step to curing your brown thumb or growing your skills.
The course includes: 90 minute workshop, plant care guide, 4" terracotta pot and saucer, 3-4" plant of your choosing, soil scoop, and soil/substrate for repotting.
Participants will also receive 10% off any purchases after the workshop. This workshop will take place in The Plant Parlor, which is our workshop and event space on the north side of the main floor of 501 Main. Enter through the shop and go through to the back suite, or enter through the side door on Clark and take a right.
Participants in this class must be age 8 or older, and should have reasonable dexterity for handling pottery and substrates. Participants under the age of 18 must attend with a parent or adult caretaker, which requires the purchase of a second ticket. Cancellations must be communicated a minimum of 48 hours prior to class time. All cancellations with at least 48 hours notice will receive a refund in the form of an e-gift card to the shop. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows will not be refunded.
