YOURTEACHERS:
♥️ Kirsten Janzen studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Institute of Holistic Nutrition to delve deep into different nutritional therapies and using food and herbs as medicine. After struggling with multiple health challenges and finding relief with alternative therapies, she wishes to share all she has learned to help others on their own personal health journeys. Kirsten is certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC) and the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP) and is registered with Orthomolecular Health Practitioners (ROHP) as a Clinical Nutrition Practitioner.
♥️ Valerie Farcelais. After being diagnostic with uterine fibroids at the age of 28, I decided to take charge of my health. In 2014, I received my certification as a holistic nutrition consultant. I started my private practice in California. In 2017, I moved to Procter, BC and co- founder Essential Living Matters. Being also a Licensed Aesthetician, this became my flagship to offer classes, coaching and sustainable skin care products made from my harvesting. I wildcraft my medicinal herbs and flowers and grow a big garden. From city girl to country woman my life has changed so much over the years, and I continue to evolve around sustainability and my growing love for Mother Nature.
