Behind Patina Group’s luxury dining experience is animal suffering and planetary pollution. Tell Patina Group to adopt plant forward menus at the Met Opera House! Patina Group is a luxury restaurant group, relying heavily on animal based menu items, with locations throughout NYC. They are a subsidiary of Delaware North, the fourth largest foodservice provider in the United States. Delaware North fails to address animal agriculture as a key sustainability issue in their “GreenPath” program to reduce environmental impact. This omission, and the lack of plant-based foods available at Patina Group establishments, disservices the planet, animals and customers.
At this demo we’ll be educating opera goers, handing out leaflets, and engaging the public to expose environmental harm and animal cruelty behind animal agriculture. Opportunity to dress for maximum impact and attention: wear one of our cow onesies, or dress in your most extravagant opera worthy attire.
