Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our coaching workshop: Planning for You. This workshop will be delivered in Arabic.
It's hard to create a plan to move forward if you're not even sure what the destination is! Join us for some creative fun and explore what it is you might want in your future, learn how to identify your goals and begin to plan a way to move forward by using the SMART Goal Setting tool.
Participants will be guided through the workshop by one of our experienced coaches in a group-based setting which allows for participants to meet and mingle with people who understand what it means to be a caregiver.
This workshop will be held over three sessions on Tuesdays 14th, 21st and 28th April, 2026. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the workshop. Morning tea and light refreshments will be provided. Please include details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be Australian residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
