There are so many things to know or things we don’t know about becoming an older adult that we don’t think about until we reach a certain age - health insurance, end of life conversations, trusts and wills, burials, financial planning, staying safe in your home. protecting against scams, safe driving, healthy eating and screenings and so much more. That’s why as part of our efforts to support older adults in our community, we’ve partnered with the Ukiah Senior Center to bring all the resources you may need to plan for the next chapter and make it best years of your life.
Join us for our Healthy Aging Wellness and Resource Fair on Sunday, September 21, from 9 am – 1 pm at the Ukiah Senior Center, for a one-stop shop of all resources and information you'll need. We will have community organizations and experts sharing their knowledge and answering your questions about planning for the next chapter. We will also have a special Free Senior Portrait Session with a local photographer so you can have updated portraits. You'll also learn more about vital services our Ukiah Senior Center offers.
