About this Event
Have you thought about what would happen if you were suddenly unable to speak for yourself? Advance Directives are legal documents that put your healthcare wishes on record so your care team, family, and emergency responders know what you want.
This free seminar brings together four expert presenters to walk you through what Advance Directives are, how they work in real clinical and emergency settings, and how to have the conversations that matter most with the people in your life.
A notary will be available onsite following the seminar for anyone ready to complete and sign their documents that evening.
