In this workshop we will focus on two parts:

Plan smart

We'll offer tips to plan your meals and if you don’t have ideas, you can use the shopping guide we'll share. We'll also show you how to buy groceries in themes.

We'll practie these tips by creating a shopping list and menu plan for lunch & dinner for the next week based on a theme.

Rethink food, Creatively

We'll give ideas on how to be flexible with ingredients and share feasible substitutes for ingredients. This will create less stress, overbuying, and waste but with the same great receipes!

We'll focus on how you can change one little element to make the meal into a compltely different experience.
