The Body Rememebrs Workshop Series
Join us for an in-person experience where we’ll explore the healing power of pleasure and why it is an essential part of lasting change. You’ll learn how and why the body goes numb, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of “working on yourself” without fully feeling alive. We’ll redefine pleasure beyond indulgence or sexuality and explore it as the body’s signal of safety, openness, and connection to life.
Through education, reflection, and gentle somatic practices, you’ll begin increasing your capacity to feel, receive, soften, and reconnect with the body’s deeper yes while learning simple practices to bring more pleasure, sensation, and ease into the body.
Topics include:
• how trauma and chronic stress reduce sensation and aliveness
• the connection between safety, the nervous system, and pleasure
• why healing is not only about processing pain, but restoring the body’s capacity for pleasure and aliveness
• how pleasure helps shift old patterns and complete healing cycles
• simple practices to increase pleasure, sensation, and ease in the body
• rebuilding trust and connection with yourself through the body
This experiential workshop is designed to help you move beyond survival and reconnect with the parts of yourself that still long to feel fully alive.

- Yoga mat
- Water
- Optional: journal + pen
