About this Event
Pizza Workshop & Dinner at Forno Cultura
Join us for an intimate, hands-on pizza workshop at Forno Cultura’s original studio, the space where our love for artisanal baking all began.
In this interactive class, you’ll learn to make your own pizza dough from scratch, mastering the techniques that give traditional Italian pizzas their perfect texture and flavor. Under our guidance, you will prepare two types of pizzas, before baking them to perfection and enjoying them together as a warm, communal dinner.
Each participant will also take home:
- A portion of freshly made dough to continue your pizza adventures at home
- A printed recipe booklet
- An apron to wear during class and beyond
The evening will be paired with wines from the Puglia region of Italy, perfectly complementing the pizzas you create. Throughout the workshop, we’ll share tips on dough fermentation, topping balance, and baking techniques, giving you the confidence to recreate these artisanal pizzas in your own kitchen.
Whether you’re new to pizza making, or a seasoned enthusiast, this workshop is all about learning by doing, sharing the joy of good food, and connecting with others over the simple pleasures of honest, artisanal cooking.
Spaces are limited, reserve your spot and join us for a delicious, hands-on evening of pizza, wine, and community.
