Using a combination of breathwork, guided meditation, frequency and immersive multidimensional soundscapes,
You will be provided a thorough explanation of breathwork, creating a safe place to immerse yourself in the experience. At the conclusion of the breathwork, crystal singing bowls will be played to allow your body to integrate the session.
