The Nepali Society of Tasmania is pleased to invite all community members to our Community Yoga Sessions happening every Tuesday throughout the month of March.These weekly sessions aim to support physical health, mental well-being, and inner balance, while also strengthening community bonds.
The sessions are suitable for all age groups and experience levels, from beginners to regular practitioners.
