Step behind the curtain for The Venetian’s Speed-Hiring & Talent Night — a one-evening open call for Burlington’s most skilled bartenders, servers, cooks, and performers.
You’ll get three minutes to meet the Venetian management team and make your pitch — fast, focused, and face-to-face. After the event, selected applicants will be contacted for callback interviews.
Bring your résumé, your personality, and your best story. Then stay for a drink, connect with other professionals, and experience the atmosphere that makes the Venetian special.
EVENT RULES & REQUIREMENTS
1️⃣ Relevant Experience Required
This is a professional hiring event — hospitality or entertainment experience is required. (Résumés will be checked at the door starting at 6:30pm., arrive early to get in line)
2️⃣ Bring Your Personality
We’re looking for people who love guests, love creativity, and love what they do. Be yourself — that’s what we remember.
3️⃣ Be On Time
Doors open at 7:00 PM sharp. The speed-interview rotations start promptly. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
4️⃣ Résumé Required for Entry
Paper copies are preferred, but digital submissions to [email protected] are okay as well.

🎭 Roles We’re Hiring
• Bartenders & Barbacks — Craft, speed, and showmanship.
• Servers — Energy and hospitality focus.
• Cooks - Looking for a cook who can be creative with limited equipment and space to help add more flare to our food offerings.
• Actors, DJs & Musicians — For immersive and themed Venetian events. We're looking to build a Venetian House Band and Murder Mystery dinners etc. Open to other ideas as well.
