The PIPAF sprang to life in 2017 as the result of a conversation between Bill Rogers (AWS CSPWC TWSA NOAPS ASMA) and Michael Fuller, chair of Parrsboro Creative and fellow artist. The vision was simple, to establish a plein air event based on the internationally recognized format of the developing plein air movement, reach out into the international community of plein air artists and in so doing attract artists and art lovers to Parrsboro to celebrate the beauty of our world here within the Cliffs of Fundy UNESCO Global Geopark.”
