Jeff built ProPharma from a startup launched in his home into a global company serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries across six continents before successfully exiting the business.
In this candid conversation, Pipeline CEO Melissa Vincent will interview Jeff about the realities of building and scaling a biotech company in Kansas City, lessons learned through rapid growth and acquisition, navigating leadership transitions, and what it takes to create a people-first company culture that endures. The discussion will also explore the evolution of Kansas City’s life sciences ecosystem, entrepreneurship, investing, innovation, and Jeff’s perspective on the future of biotech and healthcare innovation in the Midwest.
