Want to level up your cupcake skills and pipe buttercream flowers? Come along to this interactive workshop!You will walk away with a box of treats you have decorated yourself and a whole bundle of knowledge about creating different designs, with the confidence to try again at home!
Learning outcomes:
- how to make buttercream, including colouring and flavouring
- learn how to fill a piping bag easily, with no mess
- hands on experience to pipe basic buttercream flowers with a variety of nozzles.
What's included:
- six pre-baked cupcakes in a carry box
- a take home recipe booklet for the cupcakes and icing
- a take home piping practice sheet
- ongoing support for your baking endeavours through an exclusive Facebook group.
All you need to bring along is yourself, everything else is supplied! This class is ideal for those who have some piping experience and want to learn some additional techniques.
Children 12+ are welcome to attend if accompanied by a paying adult, both must have a ticket.
Hosted by Bake with Carli. Note this venue is up a set of steep stairs, there is no lift access. You are asked to park outside the black gates in the bays provided on the street.
