About this Event
Then walk down a pathway to see what remains of Lindsay’s Folly, Dr. Neville Lindsay’s failed attempt to build a grand mansion on Park Hill. The walk continues down the hill and along the Elbow River Pathway prior to heading back up to the 1912 Park Hill Public School. Princess Obolensky Park is our final stop where you will learn the fascinating story about the Russian Princess who was born in Moscow in 1913 and ended up living at nearby Rideau Towers.
WALK NOTES: Steep slopes, uneven terrain, fast paced / covering lots of ground, no dogs please (except service dogs), plenty of free parking

YOUR WALK LEADER: Russell Moore is a third generation Calgarian whose grandmother was born in Calgary in 1897. Russell is the immediate Past President of the Southern Alberta Pioneers and their Descendants.
