About this Event
April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time to come together as a community and show our commitment to the safety and well-being of children and families.
Join The Up Center for our Pinwheels for Prevention Pinwheel Planting as we recognize the importance of strengthening families and preventing child abuse before it begins. The pinwheel is the national symbol for child abuse prevention and represents the bright, healthy futures every child deserves.
Together, we will plant pinwheels as a visible reminder that every child deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can grow and thrive. Community members, local leaders, families, and advocates are invited to stand with us and help raise awareness during this important month.
Light refreshments will be provided.
