World Tiramisu Day is celebrated annually on March 21 to honor the iconic Italian dessert, whose name translates to “pick me up.” Created in 2017 by food writers Clara and Gigi Padovani to welcome the arrival of spring, the day pays tribute to the beloved combination of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa.
