Join us from 1:30–3:00 PM for Pink Trap Pilates, a beginner friendly mat Pilates experience set to a live DJ spinning trap from start to finish ✨🎀🎶 This is not your quiet studio moment, it’s high energy, empowering, and designed to feel fun whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth.
We’ll move through a 45 minute guided workout that helps you feel strong, confident, and fully in your body, with the music carrying you the entire time 💕💪🏽 All supplies are included, just bring your water bottle and your energy and get ready to sweat a little and glow a lot.
🩷 This is an all pink experience, so pull out your favorite pink set and lean into the vibe. When the whole room shows up in pink together, the energy shifts and it feels cohesive, feminine, and powerful in the best way 🎀✨
After class wraps at 2:15, the music keeps playing and we transition into intentional social time where you can grab your free gift bag, capture cute content, take photos, and actually connect instead of rushing out the door 🛍️📸💞
We’re hosting inside a Black woman owned space because women supporting women is something we practice year round, and getting to move, gather, and pour back into businesses owned by women makes the experience even more meaningful ✨
