This ladies trail half marathon heralds the rising of The Pink Moon (the full moon in April). You will welcome the Pink Moon by running out and back on this challenging but scenic route. Starting at 4pm from Race HQ at Rock Lane in Sutton Scarsdale.Running through Sutton Spring Wood and the Five Pits Trail, make sure to soak up the views as you go. The undulating route reaches the turning loop where there will be an aid station catering for your needs.
Running back the way you came, you will receive a warm welcome at the finish where you can relax and reflect on your achievement with cake and hot drinks by the campfire!
Finishers are rewarded with a Pink Moon medal.
The Pink Moon race will once again raise funds for the local Women's Aid charity, The Elm Foundation.
