The Pink Moon is the name given to April’s full moon, in honor of the pink flowers that pop up as a sign of spring’s arrival. We'll start by making a flower and moon themed craft, then hear NASA Ambassador Jen Jones discuss the upcoming Artemis II mission. And of course, there will be an opportunity to view the full moon up close and personal through telescopes.Event Details:

Event Highlights:
NASA ambassador Jennifer Jones, will discuss the upcoming Artemis II lunar mission, estimated to launch in April.
Artemis II will be the first time in 50 years that humans will fly to the moon. Astronauts Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen will be the first person of color, the first woman, and the first non-American to travel around the moon. Their mission will take them to the dark side of the moon, and they'll collect data for future spaceflights and important science research.
This event will be entirely outdoors, please dress accordingly.
