Each gathering blends guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, crystal singing bowls, and carefully curated music to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual renewal.
Each month features a different iconic artist or musical theme, thoughtfully chosen to align with seasonal energy and emotional flow. You may attend one session or journey with us throughout the year.
